Berners and Wells is a major mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, located north of Oxford Street in central London. The striking design sits across two urban blocks and has over 7,000 sqm of new office and retail space. The design responds to the historic character of the local area, whilst adding a contemporary style though the material selections.

Our MSCA02 Griscal terrazzo was specified for the reception area and for continuity the same material was used in the entrance to the lift areas. This is a grey and white terrazzo which is elegant, neutral and hard-wearing, perfect for these high traffic areas.
