The Golden Bend is an development primarily of offices, located on the prestigious Herengracht in Amsterdam. Featuring many original characteristics, the building largely dates back to the 17th century and forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage site.

We supplied a durable and flexible terrazzo floor for the office refurbishment, combining practical performance with a considered material choice. The flooring reflects OTH Architect’s design philosophy, where materials are selected according to their intended use and sustainability is central to creating spaces that are both functional and timeless.
